Peaceful Passing
We understand that the last minutes, hours and days prior to death are generally filled with fear, anxiety and an increased need for guidance and comfort. The Peaceful Passing Program exists to enhance the final hours of the patient and family’s life. By utilizing the expertise of each member of the hospice team at the patient’s bedside, we are often able to neutralize the fear around these final moments and create a much more supportive environment. Our goal is that no one dies alone, afraid or in pain. This exclusive program ensures that this goal is accomplished.
Veteran Initiative Program
We know that without the sacrifices made by Veterans and their families we would not enjoy the freedom we have today. While serving Veterans for many years, we have developed our own Veteran Initiative Program as a special level of care designed for Veterans. We understand that through their service, Veterans have developed unique care requirements. We recruit employees and volunteers who have experience and expertise specifically in Veteran Care. We are also a proud partner of the nationally recognized We Honor Veterans Program.

This includes our offering of complementary therapies to all patients to provide opportunities to find freedom from pain and discomfort during the end-of-life journey.
